    Fundamentals of Instruction (FOI)

    learning theory, teaching methods, evaluation

    Right-seat flying — the maneuver demonstration is from the right seat

  3. 03

    Lesson plans and ground school delivery on every PPL maneuver

  4. 04

    CFI initial checkride — typically 4–6 hour event, oral plus flight
