The training side teaches student pilots to fly the Cirrus SR20 from zero hours through CFI/CFII. The operations side manages aircraft for owners: fleet management, dry leases under §91.23, contract pilot services, refurbishment, maintenance coordination, and AeroTech, the in-house ops platform. The Pilot Port is not a maritime pilot, harbor pilot, or marine piloting service.
